- Full payment by cash is required upon arrival. (applicable for those customers who paid 30% deposit).
- Cancellation Policy: This booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at our hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).
- Postpone/reschedule of reservation must be made within 14 working days before arrival date.
- Postpone/reschedule of reservation can be extended for a week only before or after arrival date.
- For stay-in guest: Check-in time is 02.00PM – 03.00PM and check-out time is 12.00PM.
- For stay-in guest: Late check-out after 12:00pm will be penalised RM15.00 per hour.
- For international stay in guest RM10.00 Tourism Tax (TT) will be charged per room and per night upon arrival.
- Guest is responsible to bear additional cost incurred in cash term and no credit facilities will be given.
- BBQ dinner will only be served 20 persons and above.
- UK Farm decision is final.
UK FARM reserves the right to refuse accommodation to you or any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:
- the booking has been paid through fraudulent means;
- the booking has been altered by anyone other than UK Farm or UK Farm’s authorised agent or has been tampered with or the Booking Confirmation has been defaced (in which case Ormond Group reserves the right to retain such booking documentation);
- the person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation; and
- as permitted under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
You hereby irrevocably agree to indemnify and keep us indemnified against all liabilities, claims, losses and expenses, including any legal fees that may be incurred by us in connection with or arising from
(1) your use or misuse of our Services and the services provided herein; or
(2) your breach of these terms and conditions howsoever occasioned; or
(3) any intellectual property right or proprietary right infringement claim made by a third party against us in connection with your use of this Site.

1.2. guest stay information, including date of arrival and departure, billing instructions and any information necessary to fulfil special requests (for example, leisure, travel and guest preferences);
1.3. financial information includes credit card number, credit card expiry date and deposit amount;
1.4. any booking made by you or someone else or party authorized by you either directly or via any communication method including writing, electronically or verbally requesting us to provide services, accommodation or information;
1.5. any messages, comments or feedback you submit either personally to us, email or via the UK Farm Website, which may include personal data such as name, email address and telephone number.
2. Purpose of Collecting your data:-
UK Farm collects, may use and process of your personal data for any of the following purposes:-
2.1 process and/or confirm Hotel arrangements and/or restaurant and/or banquet reservation;
2.2 provide and charge for the hotel accommodations and other goods and services purchase;
2.3 fulfilling contractual obligations to you, anyone involved in the process of making your travel arrangements (e.g. travel agents, credit card companies, airline operators and other loyalty programs).
2.4 provide privileges, benefits and services to you;
2.5 perform market analysis, customer satisfaction and quality assurance surveys;
2.6 facilitate direct marketing of products and/or services, promotional and customer management purposes including sending you sales promotional communications or special offers if you have checked the consent box in submitting your reservation on the guest registration card;
2.7 where required by law or to meet legal and regulatory requirements. In the event that sufficient personal data is not supplied, or is not satisfactory to UK Farm then you application or request for any of the above purposes under clause 2 may not be accepted or acted upon.
3. We shall not disclose your personal data to any third party without your consent except:-
3.1. to our parent company, subsidiaries, related and associated companies;
3.2. to our business partners, affiliates, and third party service providers, UK Farm’s travel and tour agents, any relevant financial institutions, credit reference agencies;
3.3. third party service providers for UK Farm’s operational, administration requirements (including without limitation management of UK Farm Website);
3.4. auditors, lawyers, professional advisory service providers, debt collectors, bankers, advertising companies, recruitment agencies and researches;
3.5. where required for the purpose of prevention or detection of crime, illegal/unlawful activities or fraud or for the purpose of investigations or for compliance with any other law or an order of a court.
4. Security of Your Personal Data
We have carried out appropriate physical, electronic and managerial measures to safeguard and help to secure your data from any loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized access or disclosure.
All reasonable precautions are taken to secure your personal data but we cannot guaranteed that your information will not be subject to interference, misuse or hacking in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Notice due to unauthorized or illegal acts of third parties in violation of existing laws.
For children under the age of eighteen, you shall obtain consent from the parent, guardian, or person who has parental responsibility for you to access our Website. We do not knowingly to collect personal information from children except where required by local laws.

UK Farm reserves the right to amend this Privacy Notice from time to time. Any material changes will notify you at the Hotel website with the updated privacy notice which will include the date of the revision. Such changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy then in effect.
Shipping & Payment Info
UK Farm can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia.
Goat’s Milk is only available in West Malaysia & Singapore due to its limitation in freshness.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
We are unable to ship to international addresses at this moment.
At the time of delivery, you will be required to validate the receipt of the products by providing your signature to the delivery courier.
By signing, you agree that you have inspected the packing of the parcel and have ensured that the seal is not damaged.
Should the seal be broken, please check the contents of the parcel and you may refuse to sign for the parcel. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after 2 attempts (or any stipulated number of attempts by the appointed logistics provider) or you do not pick up your order at a nearby location as stated by the courier, the order may be forfeited and we will not refund you any amount that you have spent on your order.
We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not provide any special packaging at this moment.
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place each order separately for each unique address.
There will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.
We strive to deliver your purchased products within the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated courier on Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1 – 3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Aside from public holidays, orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and shipped out from our warehouse within 1 – 3 business day(s).
Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) are as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 4 working days for your order to arrive.
- Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 8 working days for your order to arrive.
Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional of 2 – 3 working days.
Payment can be made using cash, credit card, payment gateway link and deposit in the bank account.

Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from sale items) within 7 days of receipt date for a refund of that item. Any delay will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
We take great measures to ensure our product quality but sometimes things go wrong during delivery. Please help us take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will exchange your item for a new one and we will bear all delivery cost to return the faulty product to us (in the form of cash voucher) and resend the new product to you. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you monetary refund.
UK Farm will only accept items in their original condition. UK Farm will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence, we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value.
We will then ship the correct/non-defect item back to you at no additional cost. We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee and the shipping fee from you to UK Farm.
We offer exchange on items found to be defective due to our fault. Defect(s) caused by the fault of third party or customer’s fault cannot be exchanged. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible.
